Not able to register in irctc

Sir,

1. I have registered with log in ID of sum59950 with e mail ruchika.walia@rediffmail.com, it asks for mob verification, however it neither accepts the same, nor sends me the pw/ allow me to operate /access the log in ID. The story is same for last one month.

2. Pl resolve the same at the earliest.
