This complaint is regarding my honda activa. i have serviced my activa from cargo honda (bhuj). at the time i went for servicing, a staff told me to take an Annual Maintenance Contract from us for a year. which includes 4 free services and one year free breakdown service facility. but after 3 months when my activa got punture i called up for free breakdown service, first a staff told me that we will send somebody after one hour, but when nobody comes i called up again and then the service manager himself told me that this is not included in our breakdown service and nobody will come from our end you manage it yourself.and talked to me very badly.
hence, i want to breach the contract and want my money back from cargo honda service centre.
pls help me.
