I had bought my Indigo Manza Car from Wasan Motors Chembur in May. 4 service vouchers were given at that time for free service at intervals of KM. In the first servicing I handed over the service booklet to the attendant at the Doenar workshop. Post this servicing, I found the vouchers / coupons missing. I brought this to the notice of the executive who handled my car that day and also to the sales person at chembur showroom. I was assured that it wont be a problem. Likewise in the 2nd servicing they acknowledged this and did the servicing without any problem.
Today I went for my 3rd servicing and during delivery was charges with the service charges of Rs. 1000/- (meant ot be free service) which I protested. A bunch of very arrogant service guys and also their CRM - Vaishali Lad started this argument and told that I have to pay the money and refused to accept that the vouchers were missed by them earlier. (this was accepted by them in earlier servicing).
I hereby would like to register this complaint against wasan motors for cheating on me and falsely claiming the service money.
Request this forum to grant me justice and teach a lesson to people who do not honor their commitments.
