Sir i booked a maruthi suzuki SX4 ZXiMT on 30th june at chennai cars india Ltd cenotop road show room. the sales man is Mr srinivasan cell no 9600112786 .
On july 1st he show all the colours of SX4 at Ambattur main service station. At the time i selected the silky silver but the next day i want the oyster blue colour.
but he told the blue colour was not available and i should wait for three weeks.
So i cancel the booking i want to return my cheque immediately but the replay is We cant give full return money we can take one thousand rupees towards the service charge for the cancellation we will give nine thousands only within ten days. They need from me the cancellation letter
i have the options for changing the colour before giving the full amount to the dealer. colour unavailable is not my mistake. then how they take my money?
I booked 30th june I selected the colour on july 2nd but they did not give the blue colour. is this correct? Have you any rule like this? please take action and order to them to give the full advance money to me
