Worst service for customer needs

Hi Balaraj,

My self Kumar. K, indane cooking gas consumer no. 43019, had a very worst experience at Cauvery indane gas Agencies. KR Puram, Bangalore

They are not rendering their service properly to the customers.

1.on 24/07 I had approached for Double Cylinder, I was asked to pay Rs.2850. but on the subscription voucher it was only 2250, when questioned I was justified saying that I would be receiving Safety Kit for difference amount, but same was denied saying no stock with them even i had to give up. Provided hardly they pick a call from the customer.

2. On 29-03, I had to approach in person from Chennai, to enquire about getting the transfer of gas connection from Bangalore address to Chennai as they insisted to come in person to get the enquiry details.

They told me to bring both cylinders & regulator subscription voucher nothing else before 5pm.

Based on the same I managed to get regulator & voucher 1 cylinder at 4.30 pm doubting I took even my PP photos and ID Proofs as well, but by 4.30pm they made up their mind not take up my request, they told me get 1 more cylinder by 5pm I requested them to carryout the process in the meantime I managed to bring the 2nd cylinder well before 5 PM, but the lady who had promised get the work done if brought before 5 Pm later denied & gave a number of reason that

1) She doesn't have cash to handover

2) Her boss is not well thereby she is leaving early etc...

Let me tell u, I have never experienced such a worst mannerism from a customer support/ front office staff not even from any of state/central govt. offices. Even after number humble request, the way that particular staff handled a customer's seemed like she started thinking that she is not doing her duty but charity or favour to customer despite fulfilling all basic requirements.

I do work for a reputed service industry where serving a customer need is considered as an opportunity that we take up more than from duty conscious. I can assure there may be nearly 90% customers who would have had a painful experience…

I feel Sorry for the Mr. Balaraj (agency owner I believe), but at the same time It can not happen unless Management functions in right manner. If it continues further I think we along with our local media friends will take issues of such kind to public & legal notices

At least Try to take this as a motivating factor for Your Agencies, respond ASAP. Let Your Agencies need not be a talk of the town for wrong reason. Try to swap your staff with well educated, good mannered staff
