City buses not stopping at stops

I am an employee of a private software organization i come to office by bus. I travel in the APSRTC route no. 113y, 113I/M there are very few buses in this route. I have to wait long time to see the buses in this route. In this situation also some of the buses are not stopping at bus stops. Especially one bus 113I/M which comes from Uppal at around 8.45 which will be at Modern bakery busstop at around 8.55 is not at all stopping the bus. Please take immediate action against that bus driver. If needed i will provide the bus no.
