I had booked a I 10 Automatic Sportz car from Chamunda Motors on 10th March. After several delivery dates promised and delays the car is finally with Asset Motors and they have provided the Chasis number for my car to be delivered. The entire amount has been given to Chamunda motors and the fraud is they have not transferred the amount to Asset motors. Currently dealer claims that he is out of funds since he used the money on some other booking.
I have been promised 6 different times for delivery and have always found myself beating my head. I have filed a FIR and am going to consumer court soon.
