Iam Ravindran staying in calicut, Kerala, consumer of CHAND GAS AGENCIES, NADAKKAVU CALICUT for last 18 years with 2 cylinders, and my consumer number is 26550 . I have booked for refill on 08/10/10 and waiting with both cylinders empty, When i tried to call the agency the phone always remains engaged (disconnected like). Once when i was connected he was saying now a day they deliver cylinedr in 36th days from booking. This practice is being followed for the last one years saying silly excuses like NO ENOUGH STOCK .I suspect they are selling cylinders in black market. I am seeking justice.
