Non delivery of Activa after 80 days

I have booked a Honda Activa grey Colour through G.S honda, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at jalandhar (punjab).

The date of booking was 22.11. the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 45-60 days.

After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that earliest possible delivery is only after 20-02-10 i.e more than 90 days which is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking

It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

Hope I get support and co-operation inthis regard from the forum
