New transfer connection

Dear Sir,

I have transfer my Indian gas connection from Tamnar-Raigarh (CG) to Chandrapur (MS). I have taken rented house near Sneh nagar. my nearest Gas gaency is Chetak Gas agency. I asked for cylender for tranfer connection . but they have not given me cylinder. i talk to Mr. Raju 9423398111.They are telling they don't have person availble to make documentation for transfer connection. I am facing lot of problem from last 3days.
