this is in the ref. of chevrolet spark which we have purchaced n 8 feb from shiva motor padparganj we didnt recive some accesserise as jack and tool kit, and orignal document with our car as they told that they would give it on 11feb but their committment was not fullfil til the time we are continusaly follewing them and tired with cold responce pl. solve the issue ASAP and take a concrite step.
we are sending the copy of their reply mail which we have received on 1 march

I am Nikhil Thagela, My wife Mrs. Kusum Sankla bought Chevrolet Spark from your DELHI showroom "SHIVA MOTORS at plot no. 85, pat par ganj industrial area, Delhi"
Now the complaint is that we have bought it on 8Th Feb but i still did not get the registration no.they always say that the they soon respond to the problem but today at 1st March they said that they lost the no.slip.we don't have any document of this car even the Insurance bond we received after 15days and due to this in proper document we had a traffic chalan.
we had face many problems because of this issue now we want our compensation as we didn't drive the car properly and the 1st service of the car is got waste, we want to extend the 1st service time by another 30 days.
those people whose entertain us is Sonia mehra (team leader) and other then charu both and all staff are support less.
pl. solve this matter as soon as possible. but our experience is bad with your channel and we are not recommended you
