It is with deep regret that I'm making a formal complaint against GM (India) for the failure of A/C compressor unit on my Chevy Optra Magnum. The car, purchased on 02-08 has clocked less than 35, 000 kms, which technically could be out of warranty. But, my complaint is based on repeated failures of these compressors, as informed by our local dealer, for which GM should take some responsibility rather than shoving the bill down poor customers throat. What say you GM?? Would you like your customers to be happy having purchased your product or regret having bought your car and pay Rs. 30, 000 plus for a component that is supposed to last a lifetime???
I'm sure that if you hold any moral responsibility towards your customers, you will reply to this complaint and convince me that your product is reliable and is of the highest standards.
