Refund is not being processed since 18th Feb

I have booked a one way ticket from Hyderabad to Amsterdam on 18th February for travelling on 22nd Feb. I got a confirmed ticket which is attached below. On the date of journey just before leaving I gave a confirmation call to Cleartrip then they informed me that flight is cancelled due to some airline strike. They promised some alternative and after an hour they could not do so. As there was not a confirmed ticket to my destination they have cancelled the ticket. On the same day they have promised me that my ticket fare will be credited back within 15 to 20 days. Since then there is no communication from their end. Whenever I give a call to their customer support they promise again 15 to 20 days.
I have already lost my credibility with my client as have not travelled on the date promised. Apart from that still I am waiting for the refund. On the other hand the credit card company is charging me with fines.
Hence, I request your kindselves to intervene in this matter and see that entire ticket fare is credited to my account immediately.
