Cash back not recevied for Trip 1005114270

Hi,

This is regarding the trip id 1005114270,

I booked my ticket from Poona to Delhi on May 11 at 1:05 pm using my HDFC bank's debit card via cleartrip.com.

Also I mentioned the coupon code HDFCTRIP while booking the ticket. As per the scheme, i was supposed to get 10 % cash back within 5 working days but so far I have not received any cash back.

I tried reaching out to cleartrip via there customer forum (www.cleartrip.com), but i always get the following message 'Cleartrip’s system is behaving badly'.

I tried calling them on phone, but my call was on hold for quite some time and then i disconnected.

Can you please update me, why it is taking so long to receive the cash back.
