Cash back not recevied (trip id 1006303861)

Hi,

This is regarding the trip id 1006303861; PNR: 2307916699

I booked my ticket from NewDelhi to Patna on June 30 using my SBI bank's via cleartrip.com.

while booking the ticket. As per the scheme, i was supposed to get 10 % cash back within 5 working days but so far I have not received any cash back.

I tried reaching out to cleartrip via there customer care; but nothing ve response found.

Can you please update me, why it is taking so long to receive the cash back.
