I have bought a couple of domestic tickets for my wife Mrs Anna De and miss Rania dr from a company called Cleartrip.com. It was a retrurn ticket from Kolkata-Delhi with the trip ID :1106146294. The following are the details:

Now I called the cleartrip on the 14th Sept and cancelled the return trip from Delhi to Kolkata and they promised a payback of the fare (after deduction) within 5 to 7 working days- now 2 months went by - i still have not recived the money back. Whenever I call them they give us false promises that someone will contact me with 48 hours and nothing happens. I called them at least 5 to 6 times.

Please kindly help in in fighting this fraud..
