No refund

I had booked a flight from lucknow to bengaluru on for the journey date 16/Jan-GoAir G8-352 and G8-201.The flight was cancelled by the airlines gue to fog. I still have not received the full refund from cleartrip considering its more than a month (today is 28/February).
