Dear Sir,
I Shri BALBIR SINGH. residing at FLAT NO.851, POCKET 3, SECTOR 19 DWARKA, NEW DELHI-110075. I hereby give you notice that unless the sum of Rs. 10000/= and interest @ 24 % per annum up to the date of payment is paid to me, the said Shri BALBIR SINGH will file a suit in a civil/consumer court against the Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd, on the expiry of 15 days from the date of service of this notice for the said sum with interest at 24 per cent per annum and costs on the following cause of action:
1. I am entitled to refund of the said amount of Rs.5000/= recovered from me wrongfully and under coercion along with Rs. 5000/=. the cost incurred by me due to wrongful, illegal and unlawful action of the Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd., Dwarka and interest @ 24 p.a. on the said amount upto the date of PAYMENT of the said amount.
2. The cause of action for the suit arose on the 31 day of December day on which you have compel increase the cost of maruti alto cost by Rs.5000/= by saying (telling lie/false) that New Stock/November manufacturing date of vehicle due to which I paid Rs. 5000/= more and accessories i.e. Tray above Gas cylinder is not installed by saying it will not fit neither cost of Tray is refunded to me due to which I had made payment under protest.
2. I have given you my vehicle RC BOOK for correction of Manufacturing date as desired by Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd., Dwarka but Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd dwarka fail to perform part of the said agreement, I shall file a suit against you for specific performance of the said agreement for sale with damages and costs.

It is a matter of deep concern that you have not taken any decision in the matter even after several days lapse and today itself you informed me over telephone that i will call back within 10 minutes but no response. Hence i once again request you to look into the matter on priority otherwise i will file a suit for damages and your office false declaration and cheating to the customers by giving false statement and charges price after words. hoping that you will take up the matter on priority without further delay.

Sir,
I have purchased a Alto Green LX 854 regd no. DL2CAN1561. At the time of fixed price i was given Rs.5000/ less on market price due to old stock but when i am going to give price of the vehicle your company told me that it is a new stock and we can not give you Rs.5ooo/- discount hence you have increased the price by Rs.5000/=.
When I got Registeration certificate i found that car is having a manufacturing date Aug instead of Nov as told by your company on my protest and for refunding Rs.5000/= your staff told me that we will get the RC corrected and they have taken RC for correction after more than one month your company returned me RC by saying that it can not be corrected. From the starting of old or new stock your company told me that if it is not corrected then they will refund me Rs.5000/= but till date i do not got refund of money neither accessory less installed is given to me till date. Now I request your good self to look into the matter on priority basis and refund me Rs.5000/= plus damages Rs.10000/= plus accessory which was not installed in my car till date. I hope that you will not delay the refund of that amount otherwise i will be compel to file a suit against you for cheating/fraud/false statement given by the company.
