Dear Sir,
Our vehicle was purchased with clear understanding that the Dealer will provide vehicle fitted with CNG KIT dully entered with registration papers with 2 year warranty.
Our vehicle running is approx 100 km in a day. That why CNG is my Ist Preference. They said on the time of booking, it’s a very comfortable car with CNG, Compression with others cars, It’s Pickup & running is very smooth on CNG as well as petrol.
Your Dealer however providing a defective vehicle where in neither the petrol nor CNG System is working properly.
Since date of purchase the undersign is facing problem one after the other and is not able to enjoy the newly purchased vehicle. A Substantial amount has been paid to the dealer but dealer is fully careless in removing the defect. Defects notice in the vehicle are duly in cooperated in the job card but the dealer is enable to remove the defect till date & waste even services provided. For this same problem dealer was took my car more then 13 times in 2 months.
Even since from last week the vehicle is lying with the dealer, and today they said they can’t remove the problem and the dealer is showing total carelessness. Which has forced undersigned to write this letter directly to you.
With the passage of time dealer has, to my knowledge, change / replace certain parts which instead quarrying the defect in the vehicle, has further damage the vehicle.
The vehicle in such circumstances the vehicle is libel to replace by the company, but the dealer is adopting, despite promises dilly daying tactics, given an impression that they will not replace the vehicle.
Hence this letter seeking in your inwalment, with request to make arrangement of replacement of our vehicle immediately or alternatively to make arrangement for refunding the entire amount receipt for selling the vehicle.
Kindly look into this COMPLANTE on urgent basis with an object to avoid any kind of legal action.
