Dear sir,

My name is Dhiraj Patil i have land on highway NH-3 near chanwad dist -nasik,

10 months before confidance petrolium compony given add in local news paper that they required land in nasik dist for their car gas outlets,

as per their add we appilied for that, they come to my office and told me that they are redy to take my land on lese, and Told me that i do my land non agriculture (N.A.) For gas pump, i do all prosses of N.A. (expenses come near about 2, 00, 000) then one day their nasik incharge come to me and Ask me for 35000 for some work, and sade me that compony return me my money in 8-10 days . but after 10 months compony didant start any pump on site or did not give me my money back,

please look in to my matter,
