Dear Concern - My agent not given me refund of my E-ticket Amt. having PNR no. 2312569102 becuase train (9782) was cancelled on the day on behalf of Kissan Union protest in Punjab. Can u support me to get it back because this is relate with railway also.
As per rule after three month u have recd remburse money but I have not recd till today.
My agent said railway not paid TDR refundable amount in their account till today.
