IRCTC encouring the Agents indirectly

Dear sir,

Tatkal ticket times 10:00AM announced by IRCTC.

40r-60%of sheets occupied by the corporate people only.(because of traveling to various places). How the job holder will go to tatkal counter in these time.

We must and shouldly travel. Hence we required to approch the agents only. Is this required by IRCTC. Why they are chaining the time.

I am requesting to change the tatkal timing to morning 8:00AM or Evening 7:00PM or 8:00PM
