I had booked my new i10 in the month of Dec 09' (paid in Advance) which was scheduled to be delivered on 31 dec. on the day of delivery, the dealer Mr. Dinesh Mishra of DEE MOTORS informed me of the car being damanged and hence it was not deliverd on time. Moreover for same car i had taken a loan for which i had started paying the monthly installments . i had to pay before i could avail the facility of the car.i received my car on feb 1.
For the delay the dealer had committed to pay Rs -along with a compilmentary seat cover. But when i happened to talk to him, he refused and started talking harshly.
such committments should not be given to the costumers which cannot be complied and dealers should know to behave properly giving due respect to their customers.
