Delay of refill gas cylinders

Hello sir,

i am a indane gas cylinder consumer and my consumer id is 14442. my gas agency is GURU GAS AGENCY, BROADWAY. i have booked for refill cylinder on 27/06 and they send me a acknowledgement for delivery on 12/07. till date (26/07) not yet received my refill cylinder and the gas agency is not answering properly. if asked again they are insisting us to change the agency and answering rudely that nothing can be done even if complained. please do the needful.
