NON DELIVERY OF LPG AT DOOR STEP

Despite several requests, Devi Gas Services, Kanke Road Ranchi is unable to supply the LPG cylinder

at my door step, though, they charge me for the same. I reside in Gandhinagar Colony, Kanke Road, Ranchi where I find it difficult to stand in queue for 3 hours in the early morning to get the cylinder. If I am ready to pay the home delivery charges, I don't understand why I am not being serviced accordingly. I have booked for a cylinder on 13-09-11 and unfortunately I am still waiting for cylinder to be delivered at my door. This nuisance may plese be looked into with due attention and the concerned service provider may please be convinced to follow the instructions/norms of good customer service.
