Delay in gas cylinder refill supply

I have booked for gas cylinder refill on 5.8.2008 as Booking No.805. My consumer No. is 5535 under Chittoorappan Gas Agency. I am hardly in need of the said booked refill cylinder. Now already 30 days have completed since my booking. I doubt that the agency is giving the cylinders to their own people instead of giving the matured bookings. Please also tell the decided delay in getting the gas cylinders. In my knowledge, it 21 days after booking.
