this is to state that i Jagadeesh consumer of Sridar Gas Agency Alandur, Marison Strret, Chennai -16.with customer no 69826. i have booked a cylinder on 11th January with booking no. Not given but the same has not been delieverd yet inspite of my daily visits. whenever i use to go there they say that the cylinder will be delievered tommorow but till date it has not been delievered.
we are facing a crucial problem regarding the cylinder as there is no refilled cylinder with us. This problem is not being faced for the first time but it has become a regular habit of SridarGas Agency .they never deliver the refilled cylinder in time to thier customers but they use to give the cylinders to the unauthoried people who sells lpg cylinder in black.
kindly look into the matter and instruct your agency holder to deliver the cylinder immedietly as we are facing serious problem.
This is problem facing by most of the consumers of this agency... Kindly do the needfull...
Note;- Daily more then 60 customers has to come there directly to thier godown and pick up the cylinder by giving extra money..since its a basic need for all the families...
Pls look into that..
