Dear Sir,
1) My domestic gas connection is locked by the Company hence applied on Dt- 16/03 for release of the same by paying Rs. 50.00 as a penalty as informed by Distributor.
2) It was also requested that the gas connection is to be transfered to Amravati, Distt. Amravati, Maharashtra urgently, but as the connection is not yet released by Nagpur Office, hence the distributor is unable to prepare Gas Transfer Documents.
3) Sir, Company didn't inform me before locking of gas connection (Pre-intimation to consumer) and no information is given about any penaly being imposed as above.
4) Even after a laps of Two Months, the gas connection is not yet released.
Kindly arrange to release the same immediately as I am in urgent need, and inform whether the above act is correct?
