Transfer not done

Hi,

Last month I have bought a corolla car from Dr. Cars. It was mandatory at Dr. Cars that they would transfer the car on the buyer's name. So I paid the money and had submitted the documents. Its been more than a month that the car hasn't got transferred on my name. worst part is there is no insurance to the car. Pathetic service by Dr. Cars. I would like to lodge a complaint. I am unable to drive the car without proper documents.
