Non delivery of the documents send by speed post

I HAD SEND A DOCUMENTS on 31st Oct BUT THE STATUS IS NOT UPDATED . IT'S BEEN 15 DAYS MOW. I HAVE NOT YET GOT THE PROOF OF DELIVERY . NOR DOES IT SHOWS IN TRACKING SITE.Kindly please do let me kNOW. I had written the above mention complaint on the above mentioned sight of india post with the complain no (100000 11656) But it seems no one is bother about it.
