Very Poor Service & Potential UnSafe to drive after service

Unfortunately I own Hyundai i10, thru DSC Motor Pvt Ltd, a Hyundai Dealer in Chennai.

I received my car after its Paid service done at DSC MOTOR PVT LTD., Saligramam and paid 6000/- rupees. After taking note of the kind of service done thru given Tax Invoice, I decided for a trip on weekend to have a feel of it. I decided to show my kids some wild animals and took them to Chennai-Vandaloor Zoo on this Sunday, 26.02.2012 (for about 40km drive).

We started our journey with a happy note. But it’s horrible to drive the car after service. My family & self got terrified by the way car needs to be maneuvered. DSC Motor Pvt. Ltd. Service Engineer made my drive wild that day.

I was told and shown the wheel balancing report. But in actual condition, a 45degree rotation of steering wheel is required to maneuver the vehicle to go straight. What kind of wheel balancing was done??

Can anybody take responsibility and rectify the same at the earliest at free of cost.
