This is in reference of the gas bookings on behalf of mr. prem kumar satsangi and mr. raj kumar satsangi done on 4th april (consumer number 15263 and 21383 respectively). Booking was done by our gas agency, DUBEY GAS AGENCY, situated at 64, ellora enclave, dayalbagh, agra.
It has been over a month now, and even after repeated reminders, both personally and telephonic, there has been no action. This ignorance is causing us great difficulty as gas cylinder is of utmost importance in every household. I have to go there each and every day, just to experience rude behaviour and false assurances. Even then, there is no result. As a housewife, it is causing me great difficulty. I hope my voice will reach the concerned authorities and they will take required action as soon as possible.
