Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency is just running the business without helping customers. 1st. of all, customers not get the phone line to book their gas cylinder at their given phone nos. (25484328/4683). Even customers get the line, they said that your booking time is not now (after 3 days, 2 days something like that). After that customers get the line after trying 3 -4 hours, gas booking done. At the time of cylinder delivery date, they said always, your delivery date has not come because you have booked on such and such date, even after customer said. Actually what they do, they registered the date by increasing order. Example, if a customer booked the gas on 01.01. they registered the date 05.01.2011. So this type of things how many days customer will tolerate. The authority is also sleeping and every month customers are suffering without the gas cylinders. Always everyone blaming Govt. that gas supply is not in order. But this agency running this business like that.
