Cylender not delevered

I have booked gas with agency 'Dwarka Gas agency', two days before. after booking I rcieved sms from automated system that I booked the gas. just know I got he sms that cylender has been delevered to you... but it is not delevered yet. Infact I faced this problem last time also. plz find the solution
