HP Gas Booked on 17.02.2011 on or after 21days since last gas received ide Consumer No. 606528. It is almost 14 days lapsed but the situation remains unchanged. More over it is 35 days passed from the receipt of last cylinder. It is a regular feature of this Gas station and the customers are in great hazard to obtain a cylinder. In Fact I want to know the procedure of the system of obtaining a Gas Cylinder. Is it not possible to deliver a cylinder within the stipulated day after boking as guided by the Authority. Please confirm it and send a guideline with the proof of Authority to my email- [email protected] so that I can fight for all against this type of serious irregularities established by the Gas Stations and take a measure to stop this.
