Late delivery

I have transferred my Gas account from Bihar to Bangalore. I was promised by the gas dealer that I would receive cylinders within 3 working days. But I have not received it after 1 week yet. My gas distributor's name is Shri Guru Krupa Indane distributors, 15th Cross, JP Nagar, 6th phase, Bangalore-78. The contact number is 080-22449211, 22448068, 22456296. Please address the issue ASAP. Thanks
