On 13.05.11 morning i.e. today, early morning our gas cylinder was finished and we tried to fix the new one available at home and found that the new one has a gas leak problem which was immense. We immediately called up Emergency service cell of Indane gas in hyderabad to which the person didnt lift the call for few minutes and later on said that i already have 4 calls left, it will take lot of time for me to respond, so call up the nearest dealer who opens their outlet by 9 am. i called up our nearest dealer "Ennar Gas Service", there wasnt any response, i kept calling them for one complete hour after taking some precautionary steps with respect to the leak of gas cylinder. They were intentionally not lifting the phone calls. At 10.15 am i went to their outlet located in ASRAO NAGAR, HYDERABAD, AP and found that they have muted all their telephones. I registered the complaint directly to which they didnt respond it as an emergency case and replied that "they ll come today.." i reacted immediately that its an emergency case and we need you to respond immediately. to which the person sitting there didnt bother much and carried with her work. I came back home and called up toll free number 18002333555 to which there wasnt any response initially but later on they responded and gave me the hyderabad emergency centre number 04023064973.. the number was always busy and after sometime i found that there is no one to lift the call even when it is ringing. this is how the system works when there are emergency cases to be solved.
i would like you to take immediate action on the above organisations and i completely declare their responsibility if anything goes wrong if the leakage goes out of hand.
