Refund of money against cancellation of train

Sir

I have booked a ticket (via SUVIDHAA service) PNR No.2157873474, Transaction ID 98838932 from Jammu Tawi to Howrah by 2332/Himgiri Express on 25-May. Due to RIOT in Punjab, 2332/Himgiri Express was cancelled. Hence I could not make the journey.

I was informed that I will be eligible for full refund as I had not made the journey. But I was not able to cancel the ticket from the railway counter over there as it was e-ticket. Again I was informed by suvidhaa that there is no need of cancellation of ticket as the train was cancelled by Indian Railway itself.

More than 6 months are over, I have still not received the refund.

Kindly confirm how to get the refund & look into the matter.
