E-ticket reserv. through IRCTC
Wrong deduction of reserv. charges for unreserved e-ticket

On 12.10. I tried 4 times for e-ticket reservation through IRCTC site but each time when clicked for pay option, message displayed was "Redirected :&&&&". No transaction ID, PNR no. was displayed on the TV screen. On 13.10.2010 when again the same ticket was booked through IRCTC, payment was accepted & Trans. ID & PNR no. displayed & ticket booking confirmation is recd. through sms over mobile. Payment, Rs.792x4=3168 has been deducted from my account for all the four times incomplete booking on 12.10.2010 for which neither booking was confirmed by displaying PNR no. etc. nor messaging over mobile for booking confirmation & payment deduction.

Kindly look into the matter & arrange to return the amont deducted ie. Rs. 3168 in my account pl.
