DISALLOWANCE OF REFUND

Dear sir,

I have booked e-tickets online dated 13/09.The journey date was fixed on 16/09.But as ill luck would have it I have no other option to file TDR in the eleventh hour and the cancellation procedure was not available. The Reference no.of TDR is ekt2011091503271257 dated 15/09.The PNR NO.is 6401174114 booked no.13/09.Now the Railways Authority disallowed to refund the amount after a gape of four and a half months. The cause of the rejection is not known to me. We have expensed our hard earned money to buy the e-tickets but we are deprived of getting refund. It is our earnest request to look into the matter and refund the amount at an early date.
