Company not entertain the orde

Dear sir,

i have placed the order of europa cup board locks since one month but dealer & company didn"t supply the same.dealer name is kashmeer paints lajpat nagar, new delh, .top management should take the corrective measures. If company is not able to cater the order revert me as soon as possible.
