Household items were missing in the delivery

Hello Sir,

I had sent household items from Bangalore to Coimbatore

(Gomanagalam pudur, Pollachi (TK) ) through "Express home

relocations", Yeswanthpur, Bangalore on 29th Nov. But

when we received the goods at coimbatore we found that some

of the house hold items worth Rs.4000 (Grocery, Shoe

stand..etc) were missing in the delivery. When i called the

contact person 'Sunil Sharma', he keeps telling that he will findout the missed items, but no response till today (09 Dec).

Ths seems to be fraudulent agency and this agency was suggested by Tata Helpline operators in Bangalore.

Request you to take appropriate action on this agency.
