Non delivery

Dear sir

I have never heard about a courier company like this for non delivery and late deliveries. I dono why banks like ICICI in tie with this kind of people. My parcel from ICICI bank twice went back to the sender. Recently the courier sent on 02.01.10 and got call from delivery by to fix up time to deliver, but he never come to my place. The parcel went back to the sender.

Why they are not delivering the parcel. I think in this courier company is run by only the delivery boys.
