Express IT Courier has been sitting over very important documents despatched by my Insurance Company for 15 days as of today. The documents despatched on August 13 are lying undelivered at their office in Gurgaon with tracking status on their website still showing status as 'Exceptions' after 15 days & they have never bothered to contact either the sender nor the consignee. Totally nonchalant & grossly irresponsible Express IT courier service.
