My wife (Sweta Verma) applied for PAN vide Application Ref. No. 881020107455084.
IT dept updated (thru their web site & sms) that PAN card has been dispatched thru courier (Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd.) on 28th sep 2010 via Airway Bill 2950882200 but till date the PAN card has not delived by the courier agency at the designated residential address. Whereas the courier agency is claiming that they have delivered to some person at the designated address and not able to divulge the contact details of the person receiving the document.
This courier agency is also not able to trace back the details and also not able to inform at least the mobile / contact no. of the person to whom they have delivered PAN card of my wife wrongly, sothat I can contact that gentleperon for collecting the document on my own.
Pleas look into this matter urgently
