Abnormal Delay in Delivery

Abnormal Delay in Delivery Services: Vide Expressway Bill No 20111374614 & 20111374764 on 12th June the 2 No covers were booked from PUNE/ Mumbai containing PAN card (s). Even after continuos follow up & tracking I could make out that it reached HYDERABAD HUB and IN-Transit to HYBT (Tarnaka) showing date as 14th June, 12.

It is surprising to see that even after close follow up with customer service offices in Begumpet & Tarnaka they couldn.t make out where abouts of these 2 covers. Further, when I contacted their Corporate Office, Mumbai on Nation Wide Customer No. 022-39539500 at about 16:00 Hrs on 16th June, 12, it is simply conveyed that the covers will be delivered on Monday i.e 18th June, 12. The company is providing such a service that the covers are made to reach after a week days time. Even a person can reach by walk from Mumbai to Hyderabad.

ExpressIt Logistics Worldwide Ltd., claims that they are operating with SOP (Standard Operating Proceedure) & ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

I heard about this company & understtod that they will not deliver but one has to go to their office for collection of PAN / CREDIT cards etc., I will be writing separately to PAN card issuing Authority in PUNE/Mumbai that not to hand over such coveres and change the courier service provider.
