Facing difficulty for getting new connection

This is to bring to your kind notice that i am employee of Bharat gas agency (DHARAM GAS) Bulandshahr UP .I applied for a new gas connection at OM Agency Bulandshahr UP because it is nearest to my village. They are not giving me the connection. They refused me, even though my village come under their circle. If they are doing such thing with me then you can imagine, How much a normal or poor person have to face the problems to get a new connection.
