I am Booked a maruti wagon R lxi on 26/10 after commitment of

Dealer Fair deal Car pvt ltd on the delivery date 03/11.

I am pay completely the all rest amount (down payment) in 03/11 in morning. and all the loan related document (DO) are received on 30/10

We also talk to my sales rep Manish Saini in 01/11. He said (Aap Aj gadi le jao Koi dikkat nahi hai)

But still I am waiting on showroom 03/11 or 04/11. They failure to all commitment. They dont return the down payment.

They are committ wrongly.

Pls suggest What i Do.
