Telling Lie Gas Refilling cost

Family Gas Agency, Sion telling wrong information while new connection.

The refilled Cylinder cost they told is same as Bharat/HP Gas. but i am getting the same for Rs. 400.00 & delivery period is also 15 to 20 days. Now i wish to cancel my connection as they told me that the prices of refil gone upto rs.490/- which is secound lie. Kindly help me to cancel my connection & get my refund back immediately.
