My father purchased a Santro GLS car from FIRST CHOICE INDIA LTD.(EARLIER AUTOMART INDIA LTD) the same vehicle was sold to with warranty of 10, 000km or six month and same was delivered to me with reading at 55000Km. However since its first service there was some problem in car i.e with clutch place and smae was taken to first choice however they never looked inot the problem and then i had to visit a authroize service center of Hyundai at MGF hyundai (OKhla Branch, New Delhi) where i paid around Rs.8000/- for the same problem and i was shocked to know that said vehicle meter was tempered I brought it to the knowledge of the employee at FIRST CHOICE INDIA LTD who told me that because the vehicle was not purchased from MGF Hyundai thats why they are saying this that the meter has been tempered. Then i somehow searched the first owner of car who informed me that the vehicle was sold with meter reading of more than 100000Km. which clearly proves that the FIRST CHOICE INDIA LTD has cheated me and by tempering the meters i.e changing the meter readin from 100000KM TO 55000KM OTHERWISE my father would not have purchased the same. However nobody is ready to listen to me at the company. Then i finally lodged a consumer complaint wherein the matter is pending and in the meantime i am not using teh same since then and its is parked at my garrage. I am left with no other option but to purchase a new car due to which i had to pruchase new Alto car for me. I suffered huge monetary loss.
